A Peer Recovery Coach engages with at-risk individuals in the community to tear down negative barriers/obstacles in their lives. Through ongoing engagement, coaches will promote a strength-based approach to: deepen the client’s learning, improve the clients performance, and enhance the client’s quality of life.
