Our Services

At Freedom Recovery Center, we offer a comprehensive outpatient program for substance use disorder (SUD) designed to transform lives. Our approach is grounded in setting a higher standard for accessible, client-centered treatment through innovation, accountability, and compassionate care. Here's an overview of the services we provide to support your journey toward lasting positive change:

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to effectively treat substance use disorders, especially opioid and alcohol dependence. This holistic approach reduces cravings, helps manage withdrawal symptoms, and provides a solid foundation for recovery. Our team of healthcare professionals ensures that each treatment plan is personalized to meet your specific needs and goals.

Send-Out Laboratory Testing
To provide accurate assessments and monitor your progress, we offer send-out laboratory testing. This service allows us to conduct various tests, including toxicology and other medical analyses, to ensure we have the most accurate information for guiding your treatment plan. This thorough approach helps us tailor interventions and adjust treatments as needed to support your recovery.

Patient Advocacy
We understand that navigating the healthcare system can be challenging. Our patient advocacy service is here to support you every step of the way. We act as your voice, ensuring you receive the best possible care and connecting you with resources that can aid in your recovery. Our advocates are committed to addressing your concerns and helping you overcome any barriers to treatment.

Peer Coach Recovery
Recovery is more effective when you have support from people who understand your journey. Our Peer Coach Recovery program connects you with individuals who have experienced substance use and recovery firsthand. These trained coaches offer guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to help you stay on track and maintain your recovery. They are a valuable resource for building resilience and fostering a sense of community.

Harm Reduction Resources
Safety and harm reduction are at the core of our approach to substance use treatment. We offer a range of harm reduction resources to minimize the risks associated with substance use. These resources include education on safe practices, access to naloxone for opioid overdose prevention, and clean needle exchange programs. Our goal is to reduce harm while guiding you toward a healthier, substance-free life.

We invite you to explore our services and learn how we can support you on your journey to recovery. Contact us to schedule an appointment and begin the process of reclaiming your life from substance use.
