Freedom Recovery Center understands the necessity for supporting multiple pathways to recovery by increasing harm reduction measures. Below, you will find harm reduction resources that enable patients and their support team to take safe precautions that aid in proper disease management. This resource page allows community members to receive education on unique approaches to harm reduction, and in addition, allows patients to have streamlined access to life-saving evidence-based techniques. NARCAN® - Available upon request
"NARCAN® is a lifesaving medication designed to help reverse the effects of an opioid overdose in minutes. Since most opioid overdoses occur in the home and are most often witnessed, having a NARCAN® rescue kit nearby can make all the difference.
If someone you know takes opioids or prescription opioids, such as oxycodone or hydrocodone for pain, be prepared for a possible life-threatening opioid overdose emergency. Please feel free to click on the image above to order Narcan to have at your disposal. We highly encourage this if you have taken the steps in supporting yourself or loved ones who could be at risk.

Buprenorphine-Naloxone® - Make an appointment
Buprenorphine or Buprenorphine Naloxone(Such as Subutex, Suboxone, Zubsolv, etc.) are prescription medications used to treat opioid addiction and is part of a complete treatment that can also include counseling and behavioral therapy.
